Golems stop attacking enemies, or just stand still, even when using the manual attack command. This only started happening after the latest patch 1.4.2.
My build is entirely focused on bone golem, and now I cant progress because they simply dont attack as often as usual, or they just stand still while I die to enemies.
yep. my bone golem is just standing around in the middle of an active battle A LOT of the times right now. Even A move just repositions it. Havenât played minions in a while so not sure if this has been an ongoing issue but itâs very noticeable
Oh good. I thought maybe something was wrong with my new necro after my last one died last night. New one today, and the bone golem often stands still, not attacking.
i just fought the bone furnace the unique bone golem boss from campaign and it literally stood still doing nothing and it wasnât stunned at all XD
i think theres an issue with that unit types AI, though i got rid of skelly warriors and wraiths (all frontline stuff) and the golem AI seemed a little better
I am also experiencing this issue in a rather continuous fashion. A friend on the Discord also tested on their end with a new Acolyte and described it as âthe golem emotionally shuts downâ. I thought that was quite the accurate description!
For the players having issues, a possible workaround is to use a traversal skill that can transport over the minion. Sometimes the golem will wake from its stupor when teleporting on top of an enemy.
The âAâ command, when spammed doesnât fix the issue either. Defensive or Offensive stance doesnât fix it either.
This bug is a constant, unavoidable factor for any builds using Golem and makes the whole experience quite miserable. Please fix it, EHG; the other golem changes were superb: it is just bugged currently and we have to shelve it.
