Holy crap, the spam from gold sellers is out of control, EHG, PLEASE DO SOMETHING. It makes me want to just opt out of chat entirely, which defeats the purpose entirely of having a chat feature. Which sucks, because I genuinely enjoy getting to interact with and talk to other players. Why do we not have a report feature at least? If you banned accounts they would have to at least buy another key, which would make their life harder and earn EHG more money in the process. Either way, something NEEDS to get done about the issue.

We also need a chat filter. Should be easy to screen out gold seller spam.

EHG needs a chat moderator to ban these gold spammer accounts. I am so sick of my screen being cluttered by “MMO GOLD 1 USD adp9iushasp9iuodhasd” B.S. - and then you block them, and 4 new ones pop up. It makes me want to turn chat off AGAIN, like last season. I didnt use chat all last season, which ruins multiplayer if you want to play with random people.
It’s ruining parts of the game.

I agree that the thing is pretty annoying. Maybe they know and hopefully they will do something about it.
What makes you think they don’t? As far as I know, none of these accounts get to spam for long and are banned pretty fast. It’s just that RMTers have dozens or hundreds of accounts and keep making more and more.
On average I’m blocking 2-5 accounts per 30minutes … I’d like to think a chat moderator would be banning them faster than I could block them. But who knows.
