Gold piles and/or stairs in Woven Cemeteries seem to be 'pushing' my character away when approaching

This is going to sound weird, but whenever I walk up a flight of stairs in a Woven Cemetery, or approach specific gold piles, my character will start walking very slow. It’s like some invisible force doesn*t want you to approach the gold piles.

Walking perpendicular or away from the stairs works just fine.

Happens all the time, seems to be related to the room layout, if I get the same room type, I always get the same problem. It is also not just a recent issue, I started playing a few weeks ago and have been experiencing this all throughout the monolith endgame.

Yes have noticed this too.

I’ve been having this happen to me across multiple characters and chalked it up to some random slowness, but it’s been persistent and driving me batty, and i found this post literally by with a generic internet (not forum) search.
