The spam from these bots is probably the worst out of any game I’ve played in the past decade. Why is it so hard to simply match the character name to the account and perma-ban?

Make it so that the minimum level to chat in Global is 50 or 60.
It seems so simply, yet almost seems like EHG condones this behavior.
And how do you know they don’t do that already?
And why do you think each of these will stop spamming the chat after a few seconda/minutes?
Maybe EHG needs to improve the auto filtering or something but assuming they don’t ban accounts and only characters or condone this behavior is strange…
Having a way to report them on chat would be great start.
Also, I think it might actually be better to “shadowban” their account, so they couldn’t know if their messages actually went through.
Worst spam ive seen in ages. Feels like 1999 again. Please fix.
It would be nice if they could give players the ability to auto hide messages with player set keywords.
