Yesterday I listed and sold two items on the Bazaar, a Decayed Skull helm for 36,000,000 and a Uethrin’s Stand for 130,000. The gold never came to my stash, which is at 1,319,041. My favor went up a lot, currently at 645,991. I recognized this last night. I’m not finding any log file but I’ve logged in a couple of times since the sale so not sure if the log file is still there. Those are the only two sales I’ve ever had
I’d appreciate any help in how to address this.
Did you actually go redeem the gold from the sale? You have to do that manually after each sale.
Also, selling does nothing for your favour or your reputation.
If you redeemed the gold and it’s not in the stash, then use the in-game bug report tool.
DJS, well, a doh moment for me there. Didn’t know I had to do that. I went back and redeemed and am not rich now, but richer that I was. I appreciate your help. Have a great week
No worries. It’s not really explained anywhere (which it very much should).
My guess is that they did this so that if you sell a bunch of stuff that would go over your gold limit you don’t lose it. You can redeem some of them, spend the money, redeem the rest, etc.
