Steps to reproduce: find a thin wall and use backflip from either Shadowbomb or Shuriken Throw. Gotta find the sweetspot since it seems the clipping through solid environment seems to occur at the end of the jump.
I was able to bug myself behind that particular wall again. Haven’t tried any others yet but I’ll post more if I find other spots.
