"Go to" button for staff responses on forums

Hi,

I’d like to see a button which allows to directly go to the staff messages from a topic, please.
Like the “Blizz” button on Blizzard’s forums when a Blue talked in a topic.

And why not coloring the topic subject to know a staff member talked in it.

It could be really useful, like in this Feedback forums.
When a topic is closed, we have to scroll over and over to see if any staff member answered to know if a suggestion will be developed or no.

I could see a dev tracker, but having threads coloured, when a dev responded there is also a dangerous thing.

It’s not always about the replies of a dev, but it’s about the discussion itself.
Many many people would probably heavily skew towards only reading threads where devs talked in and ignoring the rest.

And some of the best discussions in this forum have been discussion where no dev responded a single time.
The issue with devs responding on a subject is, that it can heavily steer the discussion in one direction.

I can assure you, even if devs are not responding to a thread, they do read everything in the forum.
And sometimes they jump in to maybe correct some major misconceptions or something where they see a discussion going the entire wrong way or maybe remind people ot stay civil etc.

The forum should not be the place where you go to catch the latest messages of a dev, but to interact with the entire community and hear all the different opinions about a subject.

Very interesting point of view about coloring threads and i think you are absolutely right.

But i’m still up just for the little button inside of a thread
