I can’t remember how many times I’ve messed up an item because I didn’t pay attention to the fact that a Chaos Glyph was still loaded even though I dragged a new item into the crafting window.
It’s just annoying when you want to push your value and overlook
that this glyph is loaded!
Lol… We’ve all done that and hit ourselves over the head with a brick because of it.
There was another thread a week or two ago about a suggestion to add a confirmation to the forging process to combat this issue but honestly I rather it didnt cause that would add an additional step crafting…
It could probably do with some kind of reset when you add a new item to the forge, but then that could mess with the ease of shattering items too where you dont want to have to reselect things each time.
If it really becomes an issue, it would probably require the devs to implement some kind of optional settings toggle for this QoL type issue.
That’s probably true, and it’s certainly not a feature that’s given priority.
There are plenty of other more important construction sites.
