I have noticed when I play with a friend of mine that all of my Glyphs of Hope disappear from time to time. At first I thought it was a visual bug but when I went to craft an item I found that I only had one left. Relogging does not restore the glyphs. He is the one that picks the echoes we run. It appears to be something with the reward you choose when you complete an echo. I have noticed it removes all my Glyphs of Hope when I select either the Glyph reward or shard reward. I unfortunately don’t have a enough testing at this time to say it happens 100% of the time due to only just noticing it.
