According to trailer and tooltip of rune of research we should be able to reach 45% of chance for glyph of insight. I have managed for over 20 t17+ items and not a single one dropped. Someone mentioned they are bugged but I cannot find any official information about it. Thus would like to report it as bug for visibility.
