When Forging any item, my choice of using Glyph of Hope shows zero amount and is grayed out. I currently have 74 Glyphs of Hope. It used to work OK. Not sure when it set itself to zero or why. Additionally, the only Glyphs I have are 39 Glyphs of Chaos and 1 Glyph of Order beside the 74 of Hope. In the Forge list of available Glyphs, I have zero for Hope, zero for Order, and 122 for Chaos. Where is the 122 number coming from?

Can you record the process you are doing so that its easier to understand the issue? A vid or something that you can post on youtube or imgur (or other host) and link to it here.
The Glyphs can sometimes be grayed out depending on what runes you have enabled or if you are trying a forge that doesnt work but its hard to understand what you are doing exactly.
Side note: please be sure to Verify the Game Files if you are using Steam to make sure there is nothing on your install causing something odd.
Forge. No runes were selected. 1) Click on the Glyph icon. Only Glyphs active are 122 for Glyph of Chaos, while Hope and Order Glyphs show zero numbers and are grayed out. 2) Tried with various weapons and armor in the gearbox, all with Forging Potential, with no Runes selected, attempting various forge processes, i.e. adding an affix, upgrading a tier. In all cases, it still shows 122 Glyphs of Chaos and zero numbers for Hope and Order, all while I have 74 Glyphs of Hope and 1 Glyph of Order in my inventory. I have moved those glyphs around between stash and inventory with no change. I exited the game and reloaded it. No change. I logged into a different character, one that has no Glyphs in their inventory and it still shows the same 122 Glyphs of Hope and no other in the forge glyph selection window. I would estimate that all was fine for about my first 35 levels or so. I have a /jpg wich shows the forge box open and the glyphs in my inventory, but I have no way of sharing that here. I don’t know about those other options. I am an Oldgoat after all.
Silly Question… have you moved your affixs / glyphs /rune into the forge inventory… NOT your gear inventory or stash? there is a button in the inventory window that does this for you…

You solved it. 1) Up to now keeping crafting items in my stash or personal inventory worked fine until now. 2) I never noticed the button for “Transfer Crafting Items” before and since all was working OK never explored what it was meant for. 3) I just used it and now in my forge window, all my Glyphs are now shown correctly. My bad and thanks.
