I play offline.
The character is old, but has only barely entered monos if even that. Old as in never seen Majelka or the “new” act 1.
I would expect a glyph of envy in normal to grant enough stability to complete the boss.
Observed: I only got 150-200 stability like in empowered monoliths.
Something changed, character or game build.
Unlocking empowered was as expected, harbinger fight on first 90 mono.
