Glyph of Despair Not Been Added to The Crafting Tab

I picked up Glyphs of Despair and they are not appearing on my crafting material’s tab. I noticed that started to happen after 0.9I. I picked up 2 glyphs since the patch and my despair glyph count is 0.

Character name is FrostyGlacial and it is an online character.

let me know what else is needed from my end.
