Glyph of Chaos doesn't work today, wtf?

Noticed it bugging when I crafted so I made a recording.

Update: 30min later I used another glyph and it worked
Update 2: It stopped working again, same bug, at the end of my crafting session. Maybe server and client disagree on how many glyphs I have so it displays I have 2 more but they didn’t change the affix when I used them.

This is a visual bug, you don’t actually have a glyph of chaos.
