Hi, I play a lot of Hack’n Slash during a long time (I’m 43 years old ^^).
When you play Hack’n slash, you take care of your loot for the stats of course but you like also to see your character evolve.
And for me it’s important to feel the power of the character through it 's look.
My character is level 53 and it has the same look as level 1. It’s very frustrating.
I don’t know if you plan to change it (I hope ^^), but please take care of this in game and of course in the home screen.

They are in the process of doing all the in game 3d art now and in a near future patch the load out screen will show what loot your toons have on and they will be displayed in game as well. The 3d art is usually added towards the end of the game. They need to finish classes and builds first, but i totally understand where you’re coming from.
As Kickit1982 already pointed out, this is something that will come later down the line.
3D Art is something that does cost alot of ressources for the devs.
We already got a few new 3D Art for some Body Armour and Helmets recently (Sentinel and Acolyte). This is just a matter of time.
For me personally even more important would be Uniques, they all should get unique 3D Art, which is not the case currently. We just have to be patient.
