There is a glitch that I’ve noticed with the Sentinel where when i enter a new zone his helmet vanishes. You have to physically remove the item and then re equip it to be able to see it on again.
Same issue here. This bug seems to affect only a few helmets though, such as the Iron Visor and Augury Helmet for instance. Across other forums this issue is quite commonly described as well. I hope it gets fixed soon, it’s quite the annoyance.
I have noticed the same thing, but not with all helmets.
At the moment, I am wearing a Mighty Augury Helm of Purity and have noticed that:
- When i load in game, the helmet is equipped in inventory but not showing on character.
- Removing and equipping it makes it show.
- After “fixing” it, removing the helmed again and NOT reuqipping it again causes the character to still show the help as if it is on.
I’m sending a more detailed report via the in-game bug report feature.
Having the same issue, helmet is removed every time I load a new zone.
