If i was with the Circle of Fortune, and my friend i play with is Trade faction, could i just give him my really good items to trade or something? I havent been able to figure out how that side of it works.

I think I just answered your question on the other post
TL;DR: Items that drop while you are CoF are tagged, cannot be sold and anyone who wants to wear them must meet the CoF faction rank requirement.
