Problem;
I’ve looted more materials than what I can use. Ex. I have 3 Shards of Shattering and 2 Runes of Discovery but my Forge only see 1 Runes of Discovery and nothing else.

Welcome to the forum.
There is a Transfer Crafting Items button in your inventory. This moves all shards runes and glyphs to the Forge inventory. There is no need to move it manually into your stash like you have. Move them back to your inventory and press the button.
Everything will then be available in the Forge.
