I’m trying to make something out of dual Ghost Makers on Lich and flat necro damage to dot spells unique affix seems to be broken and only base spell dmg works

Changed main hand to Marina Lost Soul and with t5 necro dmg and got more DPS
Can anybody confirm if it is a known bug or whatever?
if it looks like a bug report it… Since they moved over to using the in-game bug reporting tool it’s impossible to know if it’s been reported if you can’t find a bug report in Bug Reports.
Yeah I was asking here because it is possible that I’ve lost a point of my curios nose because of ol’ rusty beartrap
