Sorry if this has been mentioned here before, but in the temple leading up to the final quest before heading to the end times I encountered a bug with the doors. I opened the door and the appeared open on screen, but there was an invisible wall. I had to scooch back and forth to get through. I will update the thread if this happens again on my next playthrough.
Thanks for the report! This sort of issue is difficult to fix without screenshots, so if you could take a full screenshot (including the minimap) when it happens again that would be helpful.
