I have no idea statistically speaking how many people are having GPU/CPU issues but I would say there is a good percentage (over 50%+, reported and not reported). There can be a lot of issues of different issues, however I think there would be a significant impact, on those numbers having issues if LE was included in the Geforce Experience optimization that takes into account your system GPU at least (not sure if it take into consideration of the CPU). Maybe Geforce Experience can’t be utilized with Beta version games, not sure.
Currently LE is not able to be optimized with Geforce experience.
Unfortunately, if you are having issues then it doesn’t matter if you play on very low or ultra and you still have issues. GeForce experience optimization would not fix the issues when its the client that needs optimization fixes.
In most cases its not hardware issues and no matter how hard you tweak the settings you end up dropping to 20 fps when there is a lot of monsters.
I agree with everything you said. But I think if you have a baseline for players graphics settings the troubleshooting of the player setting issues versus the client side optimization might be better defined.

It is beta so performance will change with each patch due to optimization or bug fix. Some baseline could be drawn after final release.
