Tried to upgrade boots that still have “Forging Potential”, but it doesn’t let me put the affix into the upgrade slot. See the Imgur video below. Thanks for the help in understanding what’s happening here.
Edit: Some background that might be necessary. My level is 79 and the boots are for level 66. The boots already have 2 tier 5 affixs on it, which is what i suspect is stopping me from upgrading them further? I’m not sure. If you need any more info lmk
