I was wondering, is this a “copy” of poe2? or is it a real game on its own?. I am not trolling, but I dont wanna put time into a game that is vaporware as such. So please be polite

Last Epoch is much older than PoE2, so if its a copy of anything it would more be a copy of PoE1, Diablo 2 or Grim Dawn 
But to answer your question, no it isn’t.
It brings classic ARPG mechancis to the table but puts its own spin on it.
Most outstanding things that are very different would be Crafting, Skill Spec Tree (Each skill has its own individual skill tree) and Item Factions (There is a Trading Faction and a “Find your own loot” Faction, both are mutually exclusive).
There are a couple mroe things, but at its core its a ARPG, like many many otehrs (not only PoE2). But its not blandly copied.

LE has been around for 7 years or so. It’s an ARPG and does it’s own thing. It’s a mid point between something simple like Diablo, and something more (Some would say “too” complex) like poe.
