I’ve just finished my first Gauntlet of Strife and it says that the last killed enemy should drop two copies of the same unique and yet I got no uniques dropped at all.
The spear visible in inventory is a drop from last Echo.

Edit- I’ve just went into a new Echo after the gauntlet and am unable to pick items.
