I was using the sacrificial altar. I rerolled my 2 lp ring multiple times. Once I ran out of mats, I went to take it out of the altar. Somehow it converted my 2 LP flamewreath into Tu’rani’s Bident. You can tell it happened because the spear has the weird “mirror effect” you get when you use a rune of creation on an exalted item. See my screenshot attached. Sucks as that was my equipped item with a really good two affixes slammed… RIP season.
