Issue: When Gathering Storm is converted to cold and Thorn Totem is also converted to cold, Thorn Totem will not generate Storm Stacks. It seems to work when Gathering Storm is converted to physical, regardless of Thorn Totem being physical or cold.

Bumping for visibility
This disables about 3-4 of my shaman builds for melee and casting gathering storm / tempest strike / maelstrom stacking / avalanche auto bomber / various other cold builds.
This hasn’t been mentioned in Closed Test notes or main patch notes.
I’ve had to bench my Shaman because of this bug, Shaman / Druid have some amazing cold passive nodes but this bug makes them all unplayable.
Love the game, so happy about 1.0 launch, just would love to see bug fixes happen for one of the most sleeper classes! <:)

Seriously, fix this. There’s literally a dozen different builds that would be possible if this was fixed.
Please fix, the tooltip says it will work but it doesn’t.
I had a build planned for this.

Tried this and it is bugged
