The node Lagonian Diplomacy removes the melee component of the skill and leaves you with just the spell component, Storm Bolt. However, there is no difference in the animation and dps with cast speed investment. Is this a bug or is this intended?

It doesn’t seem to scale with attack speed either, it’s just the same attack animation no matter what I do

They need to make it scale with both and they need to make the wording the tree clearer, because on the face of it, its feels like most of the tree now does nothing for you, or you get SOME of the tree but have to chart through A LOT more useless stuff to get to anything vs normal.

definitely a bug, lagonian diplomacy should make direct cast of storm bolt scale with cast speed. Right now there’s no difference between 0 cs and 60% cs
