So, I’ve been playing for a while, and it feels like the most recent patch has seriously reduced the difficulty of the game. Enemies are dying way too fast, especially bosses, whom I absolutely melt. Don’t know what happened to the numbers in the back, but even with the new ward, everything seems to die too fast… Especially if you’re playing with other people. Maybe fiddle with the enemy’s armor/resistances a little? Because I’m usually killing things before they’re even able to touch me, so I don’t even know if they’re damage numbers are too high or not.
Try playing a weaker build and come back to tell us how different it is. Shield Throw takes 5 minutes to kill normal mono Lagon at 72.

Yeah so before this patch, bosses had “Adaptive damage reduction” they would massively reduce your damage based on how much you were doing. or reduce it by none even less if you did really low damage.
Now bosses just get hp as ward at set break points. For weaker builds this patch is hell, bosses take way longer. and the op busted burst builds 1 shot bosses.
in the past it was the reverse, where weak builds kept up with bursty big damage builds.
