Game wont start in steam

try to start in steam but wont start at all, game picture just freeze and i get a message that says game cant start because of some program stopped it, and game stopped working. pc is all updated

What program stops it? Does it create a log file that you can upload? Or a crash file?

hi! it doesnt show what program stops it, but at the end of epoch loading picture it says
last epoch - unity 2019.4.23f1_3f4e01f1a5ec. and a red exlamation point beside LE logo. im not sure were i can find any log files

hi again! and i cant see/find any steam key anywere. were should i find it?

and i cant see player.log in C:\Users[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch. and ofc this hole game file is stored in steam files

and is game only 17624mb big?

this window has some loading but stops when window closes.

what is UnityCrashHandler which iis in the epoch file map

Hey… Welcome to the forums…

Please can you post your dxdiag export, in-game settings file and the player.log files - the following support page shows you how to do this.

If you cannot see the Last Epoch folder you need to enable viewing hidden folders..

Some things to do in the meantime:

  1. Make sure that you verify the Steam Game files - very important

  2. Make sure that your Windows OS is updated and patched correctly (at least to version 19043)

  3. Make sure that your GPU driver is something recent - something from the last 2 to 3 months. If you are using Nvidia then do not use driver version 466.77.

  4. Make sure you are not running any other applications while trying to play LE - temporarily disable or do not run them.

  5. Disable any graphical overlays like Steam Overlay.

and also when i use steam, it only says install the game -only in steam mapfile

I have some bad news for your… Your system does not meet the minimum system requirements for playing LE…

Your graphics card is over 200% slower than the minimum needed to play.
Your cpu is over 50% slower than the minimum needed to play…

Sorry… but there is nothing anyone can do to help you… Your computer just cannot play LE…

lol! very sad news indeed, always thought i had good computer but that prob was 10 years ago.
But thx for helping me here:) i deffenetly check this next time i buy pc games. i will play this game in future , it looks AWESOME . with better computer ill be back
