Lvl 90 Cemetery of The Erased

The mini map and overlay map are different to the dungeon layout. Chests that would usually spawn in specific predefined rooms do not spawn if they are not a room that is shown on the maps, Mobs do not seem to be affected.

I then killed the boss, but was not able to progress to the completion room, unable to complete/progress the echo.

Edit: Leaving and re-entering the map instance did not fix the issue.
Edit 2: Restaring the echo altogether (complete reset) gave me the same map layout and the same issues. Refer to https://imgur.com/a/i2aCzGs
Edit 3 an hour later: Restarting the game did not fix the issue. Same map, same bugs, still cannot complete the echo.
