Game progress lost in full offline mode after steam cloud sync with steam deck

I played my character to lv60+ in full offline mode on my pc last night, with steam cloud save turned on. But when I used my steam deck to play this morning, the same character was still lv26, which was the lv I played on steam deck the last time. More desperately, when I used my pc to play later on, the same character was the SAME lv26!!! Where can I get back my lv60+ progress???

It sounds like LE isn’t using Steam Cloud to sync offline accounts.
