Hi,
i think you are in the same boat as me. Got the Crash dozen of times at random. Invested hours of investigation just to see that my processor overheated up to 100 degrees Celsius or more.
Try a tool like coretemp or aida64 (there’s a trial version). It will tell you temperature of your cpu and gpu.
I started to disconnect every usb device exempt mouse and keyboard. Also have a look if you got sneaky processes like Windows Bonjour or others that are in autostart. Keep the amount of applications as low as possible. For now this was the first evening since release, when i was able to play without crashes, no fps drops and could use 144htz
Maybe this will work for you too. But, if you got an overclocked gpu or use xmp on your ram, your chances to play are very low. In that case try underclocking and disable xmp.
Otherwise, please provide more information like the dumpfile or the player log.
Update:
Turned out my CPU Boost was on. Since then, no overheating. Disabling every OC feature helps in this game.
Disable any CPU Boosts
Disable XMP
Underclock the graphic card.
Sad that all this is necessary, but it works
