Game guide misleading about Rune of Shattering

The in-game guide’s wording is “The number of shards created is random for each affix, equal to the tier of the affix at max and 1 at minimum.” However, this is incorrect. It should say 0 at minimum because you are not guaranteed a shard for each affix. If what they meant was 1 total at minimum, they should say 1 total to make that clear.

Yep that’s what it means. you can 0-affix tier and minimum 1 of ANY
