Hi there,
it was HC, so quite frustrating.
I had 5k ward, max res, 52%DR, was healing myself and still died from molten. It is impossible. It was during a short freeze of the game. Exiting afterwards to characterscreen showed the loot there, was really crazy. See screenshot. Log attached
