Game freezing and Crushing after 1.2.6

Dear Last Epoch Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to report a technical issue I’ve been experiencing since updating to version 1.2.6 of the game.

After the update, the game randomly freezes and then crashes to desktop. The freeze can occur as soon as 10 minutes into the session or sometimes after 30 minutes of play. There doesn’t appear to be a consistent trigger for the crashes — they happen regardless of the class I’m playing or the area I’m in.

Here are the details of my setup:

  • CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080
  • Display Resolution: 1920 x 1080
  • Graphics Settings: Medium
  • Game Version: 1.2.6
  • Issue: Random freezing followed by crash to desktop (no error message)

I have tried playing multiple classes, and the problem persists across all of them. I would really appreciate it if you could look into this or let me know if there are any known fixes or logs I should send to assist in troubleshooting.

Thank you for your help and for all your hard work on the game!

Best regards,
Brendan

I can confirm this is also happening for me after Unity 6 update. Game crushes at least one time per gaming session, most of the time when entering a new area/monolith.
This never happened before and I play the game for 2+ years.
