Game freeze when open skill tab

Via opening skill tab, game is freeze and than crush without any error messages. Got same situation on PC and and Steam deck.
First time I saw that bug on Steam deck, than I run game in PC
On PC got standard Windows messages, like application was stopped

What went wrong?
Log File
Screenshots (via a site like imgur) or video, if applicable

This happens everytime with controller if you open the Skills Tab and push D-Pad down. It will crash everytime.
