Game repeatedly fails to launch. The only fix I’ve found so far is to do restart. Very annoying. If there’s no fix, I’ll give up on the game. I have a new rig with 32 gb of ram, on Windows 10. Every other game and program I have runs fine.

Do you have any more information about the issue? Your description doesnt really help much…
Does it show the login screen with your account name in purple?
Or does it fail at the “Entering Enterra” screen?
Does it just stop responding before that?
Does it cause a windows crash message?
Key things after installing and having issues:
- Make sure your OS is patched to 19042/43
- Make sure you are using GPU drivers from the last 2 - 3 months. Do not use 466.77 if you are using Nvidia
- Very important: If you are using Steam, please verify the game installation.
Please can you also post your system information dxdiag and player game logs. These will likely have more information as to what is happening on your system.
