RESOLVED
Game consistently crashing when trying to travel to desert waystation. Cannot progress game. Tried to access via quest and crashes after skipping cutscene. Turned all graphics to lowest and still crashes when trying to travel to waypoint or going through the old way point after cutscene. Unable to progress this season. May be worth noting I got to end game last season so not sure what happened.
Update#1: Tried to load up desert waystation on level 70+ character from season one and same issue, game crashes when trying to load into the area…none of my characters are able to load the desert waystation.
Update#2: this is the error that pops up for a brief second before the game crashes. Can no longer progress or play the game

Hope this gets fixed because I literally can’t play until it does.
Update #3: Verified file integrity on Steam and was missing 2 files somehow and it fixed the issue. I am now able to load into the Desert Waystation 
Not sure if I can indicate this as resolved.
