Game crashes when teleporting to "The Shining Cove"

I started to level a new character and, unfortunately, the game crashes when I teleport this character to “The Shining Cove”. I tried 5 to 10 times already. Crash happens always the same way.

Update: I tried to teleport there with my lvl 52 character (which finished this part of the campaign already) and also here the game crashes. I will try a reinstallation of the game. Maybe that fixes the issue…
