The game crashes everytime after loading into The Soul Warden’s Road. I’m on the “The Immortal Empire” quest and cannot progress since I cannot enter the zone.
There is a known issue with the sound that makes hte game hang here. If you unplug your speakers/headphones while loading this should allow you to finish loading.
That does not fix the issues. the game crashes after loading the zone completely.

Disabling the sound device before transitioning and turning it back on bypasses the crash, however
Yeah same issue here, tried it twice now. Gonna attach Player.log (68.2 KB) for further investigation.
