Game crashes at Soul Warden's Road every time

I’ve played through the chapters with 2 characters and am now on my third, a Rogue Marksman.

But I can’t progress past Soul Warden’s Road, as the game freezes and then crashes every time, no matter what I do.

Four times in a row, the same freeze then crash every time…

Have you tried unplugging your speakers/headphones? Alternatively you could get steam to verify the game files.

If it crashes (rather than hangs) could you upload your log and crash files.
