Game Crash Upon Entering Welryn Outskirts (solved)

The game crashes every time I try to enter Welryn Outskirts. I have tried multiple solutions that people shared already, like setting Background FPS to target FPS, turning on Streamer Mode, changing from Borderless to Full Screen. I also moved from the camp to other locations first without any trouble and then tried to enter Welryn Outskirts, which still crashed.

I have verified the integrity of my game files via the Steam option and it did download a 254.4kb file. Now I am able to enter Welryn Outskirts again.
