Game crash on quest completion

What went wrong? Since the new update, I had three instances of crashes, each three happened at the exact same moment when I completed a quest and the “quest complete” box appeared on the bottom of my screen, I heard the SFX and the box appeared and the game froze and exited to the desktop. I play a rogue, I’m on a PC:

Same issue, not every quest completion but two out of three monolith quests and on the final boss so no chance to pick rewards…

Good point, I was playing with a DualSense Controller too!

Hope this is fixed. Crashing everyday now. :cry:

Im experiencing the same issue. The game crashes on any quest completion that gives a quest reward pop up in the lower part of the screen. This happens consistently so I cannot progress any further in the game. Never had this issue in the previous patches. Im using a dual sense controller aswell.

Same issue, with controller, every pop up menu, blessing menu etc…makes game unplayable with controller…please address this issue as fast as possible, ty.

I noticed that since I have disabled steam inputs and am playing through bluetooth (instead of plugging a cable) I had no more crashes.
