You gave your logs to them less than 1 day ago. They can’t fix things that fast.

The friends list is a separate problem we’re aware of-- let’s focus on Chat.

Your log file (player-prev) states that the game failed to connect to the chat server at all, which is different that the issue people have had in the past. Has chat ever worked for you? Does the chat window have error messages in it or do you not see it at all?

It may be a network issue on your end, unfortunately.

No. No visible errors or messeges about it.

I’ve got zero problems with something else. And I can do any test you need to resolve this issue

Maybe chat IP is baned in my Country? Can we check it?

My friend just told me that he have exactly the same problems
We live in same city and have the same provider
Seems to chat-IP is banned by provider

hay dude, it’s bug section than people find bugs and try to resolve them

The OP mirrored my sentiments exactly. This is an ongoing issue. The suggestion that its an network issue on “my end” seems bonkers.

First impressions are key. Chat is important for new players. If the chat client is buggy, that certainly lends itself to a bad first impression.

Oftentimes as I play, I completely lose the ability to see and participate in chat. Just stops… not sure why. I tried to enable it again, but it won’t come back unless I exit the game and come back in.
