Game is changing the rendering options for some values upon zoning to a new area.
The actual selected visual UI isnt changing, but its quite obvious the game is rendering differently.
This can be tested by simply changing said settings and seeing them not look different when selecting the actual value being used.
For example
Ambient Occlusion:
- What the option is set to: High
- What the game is rendering: Very low
(setting it to very low has no visual change. Setting it BACK to high DOES have a visual change)
Grass Density:
- What the option is set to: Low
- What the game is rendering: High
(setting it to high has no visual change. Setting it BACK to low DOES have a visual change)
This is mostly happening on zone loads in monoliths.
