i was in an echo with two friends and the game started lagging heavily and bugging out. no enemies were dying. we continued to pursue through the echo even though the enemies were bugging out and staying on the screen even though they were dead until i ended up stuck in place while not using a traversal skill. this bug was happening to all 3 of us. i alt F4’ed due to inactivity in the game and when i logged back in my character was in softcore. is there any way to rectify this and return my character back to hardcore? the character i was playing was jimalexsonii a level 67 void knight
