I work in Linux and seldom use Windows. I don’t want to switch to the slow Windows system when I play last epoch. Is my driver version too new?

Hey. Welcome to the forums…

LE is only officially supported on Ubuntu linux based distributions but there have been other players that have managed to get it working on other Linux variants… There are various threads about things like Vulkan not working, Proton issues, specific Mesa driver versions and even getting LE to run in a VM very successfully. There are even a recent on using wrappers to run successfully via Wine. Some people have it working via Steam on linux others are using the native Linux launcher found in your account page.

As a simple test, I have managed to personally get it working on Pop! (ubuntu based) but I dont play on Linux so I cannot really help out with debugging problems.

I would recommend that you search the forums and see if something on one of the other linux threads could apply to your situation.

Anyway, thank you for your reply.
