Any reason why this Weaver should ever get n% Increased Cast Speed? Are there any Rogue Tags for Cast Speed?
It’s a valid affix for relics. I think the only class-specific affixes for relucs are the “level of” ones.
But no Rogue has no spells she can cast directly.
