I’m playing full offline and all my characters have a white dragonish mtx apply on them.
I don’t have any modification on the game.
I know MTX are not supported in offline and I don’t have that skin btw.
Edit: I realized I can remove the mtx. Still don’t know why they were applied.
They are supported, since version 1.3. All the MTX you purchased on online mode can also be applied in full or “fake” offline mode, provided you have at least logged into the online or “fake” offline mode once after installing v1.3.
If you’re absolutely sure you never purchased that MTX or acquired it in any other way (as a gift, promotional etc.) then you being able to apply it must be a bug.
