Does anyone know whether or not flat damage is added to the totem for the “chance to shock attackers” mod or does it only work with a normal chance to shock on hit?
This was answered by EHG on reddit in case anyone wants to know. Currently only works for “on hit” but will add functionality for the other mod in 1.1
